What it does
InvoiceManager is an invoicing platform for small businesses and freelancers. Write offers and invoices, pull line items from a catalogue, generate a PDF with a Swiss QR-bill and send it straight from the application.
You can run it yourself. The whole stack starts with a single Docker Compose command.

- Offers and invoices
- Two document types with their own number ranges. An offer can be converted into an invoice.
- Swiss QR-bill
- Every invoice comes as a PDF with a QR payment slip.
- Eight PDF layouts
- Accent colour, font, table style and header are adjustable, with a preview of the real PDF.
- Dunning
- Payment reminders and freely configurable dunning levels with their own texts and fees.
- Partial payments
- Payments are recorded one by one. The outstanding amount is derived from them.
- Delivery log
- Every invoice and reminder sent stays traceable with its subject, body and recipient.
